Simera Villa is a collection of two bedrooms and three bedrooms types all of which offer an experience in style and luxury with a contemporary Balinese twist and located about 20 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport. - 5 minutes walk from shopping area of Seminyak and the famous “eat street” Laksmana(Oberoi) street. - 5 minutes walk to to the beach - 10 minutes drive to Kuta beach and Legian area.

Each secluded villa features a private entrance, swimming pool and garden, fully equipped kitchenette, dining area, satellite television, stereo system, IDD telephone system and air-conditioned bedroom/s, as well as hi-speed wireless internet connection (WiFi) throughout the area.

Two Bedrooms Villa

Three Bedrooms Villa
The three bedroom villa is a contemporary unity of east/west aesthetics with striking pieces of modern art against a structural backdrop of indigenous materials. Ideal for large families or a group of good friends. A semi-open living area captures the mood and sensual warmth of the tropics, while all three bedrooms are air-conditioned for rest and personal comfort. Villa Tiga is a large 3 bedroom villa with a separate living, kitchen and dining area. The villa comes with a private 4×18m pool and a great sunset terrace on the second floor for those panoramic views.

Villas complex has security and staff present 24 hours per day. The team consists of a villa manager, an assistant manager, 2 butlers/chefs, 3 cleaning staff, 1 engineer, 1 gardener and 3 security guards.
